회계교과에서 의미 만들기를 위한 내러티브 교육모형개발

Abstract

내러티브는 해석학을 기반으로 하는 의미 만들기 도구이다. 내러티브는 학습자가 교과를 통해서 학습한 경험을 일련의 이야기를 통해서 스스로 성찰하고 반성하면서 의미를 구성하여 교과의 지식이 학습자의 마음속에 자리 잡을 수 있도록 도와준다. 본 연구는 교과를 ‘교과답게’ 학습하는 방법으로 내러티브교육모형을 제안하였다. 교과의 핵심적 아이디어를 중심으로 교육내용을 구성하고 이를 바탕으로 내러티브를 통해 교과내용을 학습하여 학습자는 자아형성의 과정을 통해서 지식과 마음 모두 학습하게 된다. 이는 교과를 통해서 현상을 읽을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 학습자의 마음 안(內)에 지식이 구성됨에 따라 별도의 윤리교육 없이 윤리적 마음이 형성될 수 있다. 내러티브교육은 실천적 지혜를 기르는 교육으로 자격증 위주의 주입식교육이 중심이 되었던 회계교육현장에 교과에 대한 안목을 형성하여 현상을 읽고 도덕적 가치판단과 실천적 행동을 이끌 것으로 기대되며, 회계교육이 필요한 기업현장, 경영교육현장 등에서 의미가 있을 것이다. Narrative is a strong tool for the survival of man. It is a tool to make meaning on the basis of hermeneutics. Narrative helps a learner settle the knowledge of the subject down in his mind by reflecting on and examining himself through a series of stories he learned in a subject. The present study proposed narrative curriculum as a way to learn a subject as it is intended. With the core ideas of the subject in center, educational contents are composed. Based on the contents, the curriculum is given to learners through narrative so they can build self－identities through which both their knowledge and mind are cultivated. This method enables learners to build knowledge inside mind as well as read phenomena through a subject. Therefore, narrative education method can build ethnics in the learners without giving them additional education of it. Moreover, narrative curriculum is intended to teach practical wisdom. So it is expected to broaden the learners of accounting in the field of accounting education, which has focused on cramming and memorization targeting certificates；to foster them to be able to read phenomena；and to lead their practical actions. Therefore, significance of this narrative curriculum for accounting education lies in that it can provide usefulness to the fields where accounting education is necessary such as in company and business entity.
