- An EAM-integrated DBR-LD is reported using a novel waveguide structure for efficient wavelength tuning, and a 16-channel 100-Gbps/lambda, PAM-4 operation with a grid of 150 GHz near 1290 nm are achieved successfully. (C) 2023 The Author(s)
