FlexRay를 이용한 자동차 신뢰성 향상 기법

Abstract

By sudden development of the vehicle electronic component, safety, ease and reliability of vehicle become important. Thus fault of semiconductor control chip that constitute bod y electronic system should be detected after manufacture of cars. In this paper, test technique using FlexRay is proposed to vehicle network diagnosis platform.
