모바일 웹 인터페이스 사용성 향상을 위한 한․일 사례 연구 - 레이아웃 중심으로 -

Abstract

최근 스마트폰 시대가 본격적으로 열리고 모바일 기기의 기능이 향상되면서, 모바일 산업은 새로운 패러다임 변화의 시기를 직면하고 있다.

웹 기술의 발달과 이동통신망이 고도화되고, 유무선 네트워크 간의 경계가 희미해지면서, 유선 고정 고객 서비스 중심에서 개인의 휴대성이 강조되는 무선 이동 고객 서비스로 확대되어 가고 있다. 따라서 웹의 활용 범위는 데스크탑 PC를 넘어서 휴대폰 등과 같은 모바일 단말기에서 새로운 서비스와 비즈니스 가능성을 제시하며 모바일 웹으로 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 변화하는 모바일 폰 환경을 바탕으로 사용자 환경까지 고려되는 사용하기 쉬운 모바일 웹 전략이 필요하며, 적절한 인터페이스가 중요시되는 실정이다.

본 연구는 문헌조사와 인터넷을 이용한 국내외 정보 D/B 및 네트워크 검색을 통해 모바일 웹의 개념과 동향을 정리하고, 웹과 모바일 웹에서의 인터페이스의 특성을 고찰하며, 유무선 인터넷의 비교 및 모바일 웹 인터페이스의 현황을 한국과 일본 사례 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 보완 및 검증이 필요한 부분에서는 포괄적으로 조사되어진 관련 기관의 통계자료들을 수집하였다.

연구 범위는 모바일 웹의 동향 및 전망과 모바일 웹 인터페이스의 개발 필요성에 대한 이해, 웹에서의 사용자 인터페이스와 모바일 웹 인터페이스의 정의와 분류 및 디자인 분석, 그리고 레이아웃 중심으로 한 한국과 일본의 모바일 웹 인터페이스 사례 분석들이 포함된다.

본 연구의 내용과 결과로써 모바일 분야로써의 새로운 패러다임의 변화를 이해하는데 필요한 이론들을 정리·제시하고 있으며, 모바일 웹과 레이아웃 중심으로 한 한국과 일본의 모바일 웹 인터페이스 사례 분석을 통해, 모바일 웹 인터페이스의 중요성에 대한 인식과 사용성을 고려한 모바일 웹 인터페이스 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.;Recently, while the Smart phone era begins on a full scale and the function of the mobile apparatus is improved, the mobile business is confronted with the time of the new paradigm change. The development of the web technology and mobile radio communication net work are advanced. While a boundary between the wire and wireless network becomes ambiguous, it is being expanded from the fixed-line customer service center to the wireless mobile customer service emphasizing the portability of the individual. Accordingly, the application range of the web is being expanded the mobile web with offering the possibility of new service and business in the mobile devices such as the cellular phone and the others beyond the limit of the desk top PC. Thus, the mobile web strategies which are easy to use are needed with being based on the mobile phone environment in which it changes and even being considered the mobile user environment. Also, the proper interface is held in high repute. This research organizes a concept and trend of the mobile web through domestic and foreign information D/B and the network search in which it uses the literature investigation and internet. It considers the characteristic of the interface at the web and mobile web and also it tries to analyze the comparison of wire and wireless internet and present condition of the mobile web interface as it is focused on. Moreover, the part in which the complementary verification is collected the statistics of the comprehensively investigated relative organs. The research range is included as the understanding about the development necessity of the mobile web interface and the trend and prospect of it. It is also included the definition, classification, design analysis of the user interface at the web and mobile web interface and mobile web interface cases analysis of Korea and Japan which is focused on layout. The change of the new paradigm as the mobile field is understood with arranging and offering the necessary theories and result of this research. Through mobile web interface analysis of Korea and Japan which is focused on layout and the mobile web, it will be able to contribute to the improvement of the mobile web interface which it considers the usability and recognition about the significance of the mobile web interface.
