인지적 착시(다시점)의 이율배반적 표현에 관한 연구－회화 작품을 중심으로－

Abstract

본 연구에서는 회화에 나타난 인지적 착시(다시점)의 이율배반적 표현에 대한 효과와 상관관계에 대해분석하였다. 연구의 범위로 큐비즘, 다다이즘으로 이어지는 비(非)원근법적 회화와 시각적 착시를 추구한 초현실주의 작가의 인지적 착시 사례를 삼았다.

연구 방법으로는 인지적 착시 표현에 기초한 역사적인 배경의 검증과 미술 사조에 따른 재현을 문헌연구를통해 정리하고 인지적 착시의 이율배반적 표현에 대한상관관계는 사례 분석의 방법론을 통해 논증하였다.

그 결과, 비(非)원근법의 출현은 일점 소실점을 초월한 형태인 다시점 구조의 다원론적(多元論的)이고 해체적인 착시 현상을 보여 주었다. 이처럼 인지적 착시에 의한 회화는 역설적인 표현이라는 모순성에 편입되어 혼용, 충돌, 공존, 대립 등과 같은 두 가지의 상반된 차원 사이의 복합적 관계구조로 발전되어왔다.

이런 관계구조는 이율배반이라는 논리적으로 서로부정하는 관계에 있어야 하는 복수의 명제가 동시에타당성을 지니고 성립하는 상황을 만들었으며, 어느한쪽에도 기준을 삼을 수 없는 문제로 진리 또는 진위를 밝히기 어려운 일들로 강조되어 왔다.

이처럼 인지적 착시의 이율배반적 표현은 대상과 관계된 인간의 내면심리와 상황을 시각화하여 제시하는데 효과적이며, 예상 밖의 사실이나 진리를 보여준다는점에서 일종의 충격요법적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다.

또한, 이율배반적 표현은 인지적 착시를 나타내는형식이며 상보적(相補的)인 관계라 할 수 있다.

결론적으로 어떤 개념이나 실체는 하나의 특성이나개성만으로 이루어지는 것이 아니며, 항상 서로의 관계성 속에서 존재하는 것이라 사료되며, 향후 다양한디자인 분야에서 충격요법적인 방법으로 적극 활용되어야 한다고 생각한다.;In this research, searched about the correlation of cognitive illusion & antinomy. Scope of research, paintings of Cubism and Dadaism and Surrealist works is cased. Methods of research, cognitive illusions summarized by the historical background and literature. Correlation between the cognitive illusions and the antinomy was demonstrated through a case study. Dismantling of perspective created the illusion of a multi-point structure. This cognitive illusion painting was incorporated into the paradoxical representation of the contradictions. Structure of the complex relationship between the two opposing dimensions, such as the mix, conflict, coexistence, confrontation has been developed. The structure of this relationship is a negative relationship to each other logically. And at the same time more than one proposition has created a situation that has established the validity. Either has been emphasized in the hard work uncover the authenticity. Antinomical representation of cognitive illusion is effective to visualize and present situation concerning human psychology and the inner surface of the target. And unexpected facts or truth, in that it shows a kind of shock therapy. In addition, the antinomical expression that represents the cognitive illusion type and complementary relationship. As a result, any concept or entity is not made only one characteristic or personality. I think that will always exist in the relationship of each other. In the future, Shock therapy will be used in a variety of design disciplines.
