스마트폰 환경의 모바일 포털사이트 유저빌리티 향상을 위한 UI 연구-네이버(Naver), 다음(Daum), 네이트(Nate) 메인페이지 중심으로-

Abstract

인터넷의 발달과 무선인터넷의 발달은 최근 스마트폰, 스마트패드, 태블릿PC 등 무선인터넷을 통한 다양한 모바일디바이스가 증가하고 있다. 모바일 디바이스는 언제 어디서든지 자유롭게 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 장점 때문에 많은 사람들에게 편리함을 안겨주었다. 사용자들이 현재 제일 많이 사용하는 모바일 디바이스 중 스마트폰의 인터넷은 무선인터넷 기반과 와이파이를 이용하고 있다. 모바일 인터넷을 이용할 때포털사이트는 사용자에게 원하는 콘텐츠를 찾아낼 수있는 첫관문의 중요한 역할을 한다.

본 연구는 사용자 모바일 접속 점유율 상위 포털사이트인 네이버(Naver), 다음(Daum), 네이트(Nate)를 기준 사이트로 설정하고 이론적 고찰를 통해 InformationArchitecture와 인터페이스를 분석하고 공통적인 부분을 찾아 새로운 프로토타입(Proto Type)을 제시하였다.

모바일 포털사이트의 Information Architecture 분석결과 화면 상단부터 하단으로 중요도의 순서를 지낸 ‘콘텐츠의 계층적 하향식구조’를 나타내고 있다. 또한 사용자에게 빠른 정보전달을 위한 하이퍼텍스트(Hyper Text)의 넓고 얇은 2Depth 구조의 정보구조를 지닌 링크(Link)형 콘텐츠 구조를 나타냈다. 여기에 카메라, 음성인식, 핑거스크롤(Finger Scroll) 등 모바일 디바이스 특성을 활용한 네비게이션시스템을 이용하고 있다.

각 모바일 포털사이트를 User Interface적으로 비교분석한 결과, 검색기능이 가장 중요시 되었고 그 다음실시간 검색어와 각 종 뉴스 등 콘텐츠를 중심으로레이아웃과 인터페이스를 이루고 있다. 그 뒤를 각 사이트별로 특화된 서비스가 뒷받침하고 있다. 모바일 포털서비스 제공 사이트는 이용 중심에는항상 사용자가 있다는 것을 유념하고 본 연구를 통해향수 스마트폰(모바일) 포털사이트 개발에 도움을 주고자 한다.;The development of the Internet and the recentdevelopment of wireless Internet Smart Phones, SmartPad, Tablet PC and wireless Internet access is growingthrough a variety of mobile devices.
