고객경험 향상을 위한 하이브리드 기반 스마트워크 UX디자인 연구

Abstract

최근 비대면 업무환경의 중요성이 증가하며 다양한분야에서 스마트워크 시스템이 도입되어 이용되고 있다. 본 연구는 비대면 업무를 중심으로 빠르게 발전하는 하이브리드 기반 스마트워크 환경의 UX디자인 요인을 분석함으로써 고객경험을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구하고자 하였다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 스마트워크의 패러다임을 살펴보고 고객경험을 향상시킬수 있는 UX디자인 요인들을 도출하였다. 도출된 UX 디자인 요인(인지적 경험, 감성적 경험, 관계적 경험) 을 하이브리드 스마트워크 플랫폼 사례에 적용하여 설문 조사를 진행함으로써 각 스마트워크 유형별 UX디자인 요인에 관한 선호도 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 각 유형의 그룹업무와 개인업무 속성에 따라 서비스사용자들이 선호하는 디자인 요인에 대한 차이를 확인할 수 있었으며, UX디자인 발전 방향성을 제시함으로써 스마트워크 사용자의 고객경험을 높이고 서비스 만족도를 높이고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 업무환경개선 및 개개인의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 디자인 개발을위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대하며, 효율적인 스마트워크 발전방안에 관한 연구는 지속되어야 할것이다.;Smart work solutions have recently been developed and utilized in many industries as the value of the non-face-to-face work environment has grown. With an emphasis on non-face-to-face work, this research is to look into ways to enhance customer experience by examining UX design elements in a fast developing hybrid-based smart work environment. The paradigm of smart work was studied through theoretical analysis, and UX design elements that might enhance customer experience were derived. The hybrid work platform instances were applied to the derived UX design features (cognitive experience, emotional experience, and relational experience), and a survey was conducted to determine which UX design features people preferred for each type of smart work. As a result, it was easy to verify the distinction between the UX design features selected by service users in accordance with each type of group and individual work’s unique characteristics. The findings of this study are hoped to serve as the foundation for design development to enhance the working environment and personal quality of life, and further research on effective smart work development plans is needed.
