초보 및 일반운전자의 교통사고유형별 위험도 비교분석

Abstract

초보운전자와 일반운전자의 교통사고 유형별 위험도를 비교분석하기 위해 우리나라에서 2005년부터 2006년까지 2년간의 발생한 교통사고 자료를 바탕으로 초보운전자에 의한 사고와 일반운전자에 의한 사고로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 초보운전자와 일반운전자의 구분을 신규운전면허 취득 후 경과연도가 1년 이하인 운전자를 초보운전자 그룹으로, 1년이 초과한 운전자를 일반운전자 그룹으로 구분하였다. 두 그룹간의 위험도 비교는 사고발생 빈도와 심각도를 함께 반영할 수 있는 위험도 모형을 설정하여 비교분석하였으며, 이 때 사고건수와 사망사고 건수의 적절한 적용비율 산정을 위해 가중치를 설정했으며, 가중치는 두 그룹간의 값이 가장 작을 때의 값으로 도출하여 적용하였다.(ω=0.6) 교통사고 유형별 위험도 분석결과, 사고위험도가 높은 사고유형은 측면직각 충돌사고, 횡단중보행자와의 사고, 주정차 중 추돌사고로 분석되었고, 일반운전자 그룹에 비해 상대적으로 초보운전자 그룹의 위험도가 높은 사고유형은 공작물 충돌사고와 측면직각 충돌사고 등으로 분석되었다.;To analyze the risk according to accident types by novice and experienced drivers, it is used the accidents data which occurred for 2 years(2005～2006) in Korea. It is defined that novice driver is a people who is not passed 1 year after getting a driving licence and experienced driver is a people who is passed 1 year in this study. It is used a risk model to compare and analyze about the risk between two groups. The risk model is developed to apply together two variables which is accidents frequency and severity. Then it is used a conceptual weight to find that proper rate between accident frequency and fatal accident frequency. It is found a weight(ω=0.6) to suitable value to apply a risk model. The results showed that collision with obstacles, angle collision(90°) types to novice driver group have bigger risk than experienced driver group.
