Abstract
With the increase of film thickness, the broad bands of imaginary permeability appeared in both (Fe7Co3)(1-x)B-x, and (Fe7Co3)BN thin films although they had different magnetic and microstructural properties. These broad bands were appraised by numerical calculation based on a Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation. As a result, the broad imaginary permeability bands of two films could be explained by the changes of free energy density induced by microstructural demagnetization and magnetostriction terms, respectively.
