기업용 기술예측 방법론 개발 및 사례 연구

Abstract

과학기술의 발달과 산업의 변화에 따라 미래에 대한 연구가 중요시 여겨지고 있다. 그리고 21세기는 언제 어디서든 원하는 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있고 이용할 수 있는 ‘유비쿼터스 시대’가 도래할 것이다. 이러한 정보화 사회, 지능화 사회에 앞서 어떠한 기술이 중요한지, 어떤 핵심기술이 발전할 것인지, 미래의 변화 모습은 어떠한지 등에 대한 예측이 필요한 실정이다. 각 국에서는 국가차원에서 과학기술 전분야에 걸쳐 기술 예측 활동을 추진하고 있으나 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 민간부문에서 활용하기에는 어려운 점이 있기에 저비용과 단시간에 활용할 수 있는 방법론 개발이 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기업에서 활용 가능한 기술예측 방법론 개발과 사례 연구를 통하여 정형화된 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 기술예측 방법론은 기업에서도 쉽게 활용할 수 있는 FAR, Future Wheel, 시나리오기법을 중심으로 미래 기술의 수요자인 고객과 미래 환경을 도출하는데 적용함으로써 기업차원의 의사결정 지원 도구로 활용할 수 있는데 의의가 있다. 그리고 제시한 기술예측 방법론의 이해를 돕고자 기술예측 사례를 연구하였다.;Due to the technological development and industrial changes, importance of studying for the future has been attached great importance. Also we can easily guess that, in 21century, 'ubiquitous age' of which anywhere anytime we can get available information will be in time. We need to foresight which technology is important, what kind of core technology will be developed, and how the future will be changed, before entering upon an information society, intelligence society.Individual countries try to promote the activities of technology foresighting throughout the field of science technology, but since it cost too much time and money for enterprises, developing methodology which can save time and money is important. Therefore at this study we develope the technology foresight methodology for enterprises and suggest the standardized methodology through a case study. The significance of the technology foresight methodology suggested in this study lies in it can be used as a decision supporting tool for enterprises by applying to draw a customer who future technology demander and the future environment by FAR, Future Wheel, a scenario techniques that enterprises utilize easily. As well, to help your understanding about the technology foresight methodology, we researched a technology foresight case.
