스마트 송장을 통한 사토관리 업무 개선에 관한 연구

Abstract

현재 토목공사에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 토공비는 송장 등 수기나 오프라인으로 관리하고 있다. 그러나 이런 수작업 관리는 휴먼 에러 및 관리·기록의 부실 혹은 조작이 가능하여 발주처, 시공사, 협력업체, 장비기사 간의 분쟁을 발생시키는 곤란한 상황이 발생하기도 한다. 또한 최근 건설현장에서 암석과 토사 등을 임의로 반입하거나 불량 토사를 무단 반출하여 매립하는 등 위법사례가 빈번하게 발생함에 따라 사토를 투명하게 관리할 수 있는 시스템 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Web-GIS 기반의 스마트송장 시스템을 이용하여 외부토사 반입의 투명성 및 효율성 등을 확보하고, GPS 기반 운반관리시스템으로 건설장비의 운행경로, 시간 등을 파악하여 계약내역(표준품셈 등 설계값)과 빅데이터(실제 거리·운반속도·상하차시간) 비교를 통한 내역 현실화 분석을 시행하고자 한다. 또한 스마트송장을 활용하여 과속차량에 대한 점검 및 규제를 통해 안전사고에 대한 인식을 제고시켜 안전관리 향상에 기여하고자 한다. 사토 장비 최적 대수 산정을 통하여 장비의 유휴시간을 최소화하여 시스템 생산성을 높이고, 스마트송장 문제점 도출을 통한 개선 사항을 정리하고자 한다.| Currently, earthwork transportation costs, which account for a large proportion of civil engineering, are managed by hand or offline, such as paper invoice. However, handwork management cause disputes between the ordering company, contractor, subcontractor, and equipment engineer due to human errors and poor management and record manipulation. In addition, there is a need for a system that can manage to secure fairness in surplus soil due to frequent illegal cases, such as bringing in rocks and soil arbitrarily at construction sites or taking out defective soil without permission. In this research, the fairness and efficiency of bringing in surplus soil are secured using the Web-GIS-based smart invoice system. In addition, with the GPS-based transportation management system, the operation path and time of the construction equipment were calculated. A realization of the detailed statements is conducted by comparing contract details (design values such as Standard of Construction Estimate) and big data (actual distance, speed, and time). In addition, a construction plan is established by calculating the optimal equipment ratio, and improvements are summarized by compensating smart invoice problems.
