웹 기반 집단미술치료 과정에서 나타나는 언어적 상호작용에 관한 질적 사례연구

Abstract

본 연구는 웹 기반 집단미술치료 과정에서 나타나는 치료사와 내담자의 언어적 상호작용을 통해 웹 기반 심리치료의 가능성을 모색하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이는 초연결사회로 나아가고 있는 시대적 변화와 함께 코로나 19로 사회적 거리 두기가이루어지면서 심리치료 분야에서도 비대면을 통한 치료 및 상담이 요구되고 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 기반집단미술치료 안에서 치료사와의 상호작용에 미치는 요소들과의 관계를 살펴보고 내담자의 자기 인식 변화과정에 대해 논의하였다. 본 연구를 통해 분석된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료 환경에서 웹 기반 플랫폼의 새롭고 낯선 ‘공간’, 서로에게 집중하고 한 걸음씩 다가가려는 치료사와 내담자들의 ‘참여’, 작품활동에서 집중과 몰입의 결과물로써 ‘미술 작품’이순환적 관계로 연결되어 영향을 주고 있음이 나타났다. 둘째, 내담자의 자기 인식은 언어적 반응 유목에 따라 외부에서 점차내부로 옮겨지는 시선의 변화를 통해 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 치료사와 내담자의 언어적 상호작용을 통한 웹 기반 미술치료 과정에서 치료사의 개입 방법과 대안을 모색하는 데 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of web-based psychotherapy through the verbal interaction between the therapist and the client in the process of web-based group art therapy.
