Abstract
2017년 발생한 포항지진에서는 학교시설을 포함한 새롭게 신축된 필로티 및 공동주택 등에 심각한 지진피해가 발생하였다. 특히 그 가운데에서도 전단보강근이 부족한 철근콘크리트 (Reinforced Concrete : R/C) 학교건축물 기둥의 전단파괴는 향후 국내 내진대책을 위한 중요한 이슈로 부각되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 비내진상세를 가지는 R/C 학교 건축물에 대한 입면미관을 고려한 최적 강재댐퍼 내진보강공법의 형상을 도출하는 것으로서, 우선적으로 일반인, 전문가, 교직원 등을 포함한 전체 111명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 입면미관에 대한강재댐퍼 내진보강법의 선호도를 조사하였다. 최종적으로 선호도 조사결과인 각 강재댐퍼 내진보강법을 대상건물에 적용하여 3차원 비선형동적해석을 실시하여 내진보강 효과를 검토하였다. The 2017 Pohang earthquake caused serious earthquake damage to newly constructed piloti and apartments, including school facilities. In particular, the shear failure of reinforced concrete (R/C) school buildings, which lacked shear reinforcement, has been highlighted as an important issue for future earthquake countermeasures in Korea. Against this background, the seismic strengthening project, including seismic control device (damper), has been actively conducted in school buildings since 2018. However, it is common for schools to not consider the aesthetic elements of their facade in these seismic strengthening project. The purpose of this study is to deriv e the optimal shape of the steel damper seismic retrofitting method considering the facade aesthetics of existing R/C school buildings having non-seismic details. First of all, a survey of 111 people, including experts, architectural college students, and faculty members, conducted a survey to investigate the preference of the steel damper seismic reinforcement method for facade aesthetics. Finally, each steel damper seismic reinforcement method, which is a result of the preference survey, was applied to the target building to conduct a three-dimensional nonlinear dy namic analysis to evaluate the seismic reinforcement effect.
