여행과 스마트폰 관계에 대한 연구 동향 및 향후 연구 방향 분석 : Paradigm Funnel Approach을 이용한 체계적 문헌분석

Abstract

기술의 발전으로 스마트폰 기기를 사용하는 사람들이 급증하면서, 여행에서 스마트폰을 이용하고자하는 욕구가 커지고 있다. 사용자들은 스마트폰 통한 관광정보 서비스에 대한 관심과 높아지고, 스마트폰의 중요성 및 의존적 역할을 다층적인 측면에서 체계적으로 이해하는 것이 필요해지고 있다. 본 연구 목적은 2007년부터 2020년 현재까지 국내외 학술지의 스마트폰 및 여행에 관한 논문의 기간, 연구 주제, 연구 방법, 연구 주제별 동향 및 연구이론을 체계적 문헌분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 또한 패러다임 펀넬법을 사용하여 이러한 연구 논문을 비교분석하고 국내 연구의 나아가야할 방향성을 제시하였다. 분석의 주요 결과 학술지의 기간별 추세 분석에 따르면 국내 연구에서 보편적으로 사용 된 방법론은 정량 분석(96.9%)이고, 가장 많이 연구 된 연구 주제는 스마트폰 이용에 대한 용이성(51.6%)이었다. 해외 연구에서는 상대적으로 정량 연구 65.0%가 진행되었으며, 정성연구는 33.3% 가 게재되어 상대적으로 정량 및 정성 연구가 균형적으로 분포되어 있었다. 더불어 체계적 문헌분석결과를 토대로 패러다임 펀넬법을 이용한 분석을 추가하여 단계적으로 논문을 분류하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 국내 관광 연구는 어플리케이션의 유용성 연구에 집중하고 있으며, 특정 관점중심의 연구를 진행하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 반면에 국외 관광연구는 연구 스펙트럼이 상대적으로 넓어 다양한 범위의 연구주제를 가지고 있으며, 스마트폰 및 여행의 관계에 대하여 심리적, 행위적, 생태적 등 다양한 측면 연구를 진행하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이처럼 국내외 관광 및 스마트폰 연구를통하여 향후 적절한 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the periods of research papers, research topics, research methods, trends and research theories from 2007 to 2020 through a systematic literature analysis of Korean and international journals on smartphones and travel. In addition, this research attempted to use the Paradigm Funnel method to compare and analyze these research papers and to present future directions of research. According to the analysis, the most frequently studied research topic in Korea is ease of using smartphones (51.6 %) and the most commonly used methodology was quantitative analysis (96.9 %). On the contrary, in international studies, 65.0% of quantitative studies were conducted, and 33.3% of qualitative studies were used, which was relatively balanced in quantitative and qualitative studies. Additionally, the analysis using the Paradigm Funnel method was added based on the results of the systematic literature analysis, and the implications were derived by classifying Korea and international studies in stages. As a result of this study, it can be seen that domestic tourism research focused on research on the usefulness of the application, and conducted research focusing on specific viewpoints and specific research methodologies. On the other hand, overseas tourism research has a relatively wide research spectrum. In addition, the international research covers various research topics such as psychological, behavioral, and travel ecology on the relationship between smartphones and travel.
