This paper aims to compare the energy consumption of two types of air conditioning system for environmental control in the plant factory. In this study, a system using heat pump-driven liquid desiccant(HPLD) was selected. The constant air volume system was considered as a comparison system which is a conventional air conditioning system used in the plant factory. The simulation results showed that the HPLD system had a better annual energy potential.en_US
