국내 기업 긍정심리자본 연구동향 분석

Abstract

[연구목적] 본 연구의 목적은 2010년부터 2019년까지 KCI 등재지에 게재된 국내 기업긍정심리자본에 대한 연구동향 분석을 통해 앞으로의 긍정심리자본 연구를 전망하는데 있다. [연구방법] 이를 위해 2010년～2019년까지 게재된 긍정심리자본 연구논문 209편에 대해 연구대상, 연구변수, 연구방법을 연도별로 논문수와 비율을 비교하여 분석하였다. [연구결과] 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상 분석결과 일반기업이 가장 많았으나, 인적자본중심의 서비스업에서 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째 연구변수 분석결과 선행변수는 진정성 리더십, 조직문화, 변혁적 리더십과 (직무)스트레스가 많이 연구되었고 결과변수는 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동이 많이 연구되었다. 셋째 연구방법분석결과 양적 연구가 가장 많았다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 최근 10년간의 긍정심리자본 연구동향 분석을 통해 긍정심리자본 관련 연구를 정리하고, 향후 연구의 전망과 제언을 제시하여 긍정심리자본 연구의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide prospect through on positive psychological capital by analyzing registered publications on the Korea Citation Index between 2010 and 2019. [Methodology] For this, a total of 209 research publications were reviewed on research subjects, research topics and research methods. The publications were classified by the number of and ratio of papers published per year. [Findings] First, as a result of the analysis of the research subjects, most companies were general enterprises, but a lot of research was conducted in the service industry centered on human capital. Second, as a result of research variable analysis, antecedent variables were often studied for Authentic leadership, organizational culture, Transformational Leadership, stress, and outcome variables were often studied for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Third, with regard to the research method, quantitative research method was most favored. [Implications] Based on such results, It is expected to contribute to the revitalization of positive psychological capital research by future research prospects and recommendations.
