국내 종합병원 외래진료부의 환자 경로 탐색에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

본 논문은 국내 종합병원을 대상으로 외래환자의 병원내 길찾기를 추적조사와 면담 조사를 통하여 조사하여 다양한 공간구성이 길찾기에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 점점 대형화되고 복잡화되는 외래진료부를 중심으로 환자의 이동을 조사함으로서 우리나라 종합병원설계시 필요한 자료를 제시하였다. 특히 아트리움과 hospital street가 환자들의 길찾기에 미치는 영향을 지표로 표현하여 제안하였다. Nowadays, according as hospitals are not only large and sprawling but also they are continually being remodeled and expanded, it's architectural space become complex. In the face of increasingly medical technology and the present focus of administrators on reducing health care costs, the human needs of patients and visitors are often forgotten. Recently wayfinding and healing environment is proposed as a general concept in hospital architecture. The purpose of this study is to find out design guideline for hospital, focusing on the characteristics of wayfinding at general hospital outpatient department.
