웹디자인의 평가기준 설정에 관한 연구 - 기능사 자격검정 평가기준을 중심으로 -

Abstract

21세기 지식 정보화 시대를 앞두고, 구미 선진국을 중심으로 전 세계의 시선이 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 산업에 집중되고 있다. 첨단 정보 인프라의 급속한 확산과 함께 이를 활용하는 컨텐츠 산업 분야의 경쟁력은 곧 21세기 무한경쟁시대의 국가 경쟁력과도 비견될 수 있다. 교육,영상, 출판, 문화, 예술 등 다양한 분야가 종합된 멀티미디어산업은 21세기에 고속성장이 예견되는 미래의 핵심산업 분야이기도 하다. 정보화시대의 도래와 함께 정보 통신 분야의 컴퓨터의 눈부신 발전은 전자 커뮤니케이션의 일대 혁명을 가져왔으며, 이는 대용량의 정보를 보다 빠르고 쉽게 전달하는 것에 대한 관심으로 연결되어, 인터넷의 급속한 확산과 함께 전 세계적으로 정보컨텐츠 산업에 있어서도 대형화와 글로벌화를 가져왔다. 우리나라 역시 멀티미이어 컨텐츠 산업에 대한 관심은 매우 높은편이지만 우리의 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 산업의 역사는 그리 오래되지 않았다. 따라서 전문적인 인력 양성을 위한 체계적인 교육프로그램이 부족하고 충분한 현장경험을 살릴 수 있는 산업인프라 역시 열악한 실정이다. 또한 제반 제작기술 역시 선진국에 비해 상당부분 뒤쳐져있고 무엇보다도 전문 기획인력 측면에서도 상당부분 세계수준과 차이가 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 21세기 초 정보화시대에서의 경쟁력의 강화를 위해 디자인 관련 대학 및 전문대학 사설교육훈련 기관의 교육훈련 프로그램의 개발 및 다양한 실습, 기자재의 확보등의 노력을 기울려야 할 것이다. 웹디자이너의 대표적인 작업활동 영역으로는 컴퓨터 그래픽관련의 모든 부분이 기초적으로 습득되어야하며 교육, 영상, 출판, 문화, 예술등의 다양한 부문이 주 활동영역이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 웹디자인 기능사 자격검정에 대한 출제 기준이나 실기, 필기의 평가는 웹디자인 기능사 양성에 대한 명확한 교육 목표를 설정해 줌과 동시에 교육훈련 프로그램의 유형을 제시하여 웹디자인 기능사 지원자들이 습득해야 할 기술은 물론 자격검정의 세부내용을 연구하여 명확한 평가 기준을 마련하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 웹디자인의 평가기준을 설정하기 위하여 교과과정 및 교육훈련, 국내외 문헌, 관련법규, 연구물등 광범위한 자료를 수집하여 분석, 활용하였으며 실무분야의 현장파악을 위하여 그래픽, 애니메이션, 영상, 컴퓨터그래픽스, 웹 관련 전문가들의 자문 및 면담조사를 통하여 최적의 평가기준을 설정하려고 하였으며 그 결과로 5개항목의 기본적 평가기준과 15개 항목의 세부평가기준을 설정하였다. With the advent of the information era, the brilliant progress of the computer and Information and Communication industry has brought about a great revolution of the electronic communication to connect a huge capacity of information with the fast and easy accessibility and enlarge as well as globalize the information contents field with the prompt Internet popularization. The interests in the multimedia contents industry are very high, compared with its history in Korea. Therefore, the systematical education program is very insufficient to train professionals and lack of the industrial infrastructure to make the best use of the sufficient field experience. Most of the development techniques are pretty backward and show a notice able difference in the human resources for professional protects compared with the advanced countries. To strengthen the competitiveness in the early information epoch, we should make efforts to develop the educational programs in design universities, junior colleges, and private institutions and provide students with ample experiences in field, and retain systems or equipments. It is required to master all of skills for the computer graphics for the web designers and the major activities are involved with education, broadcasting. publication, culture, arts, and so on. Accordingly, criteria or the written or practical tests of the official approval for the skills not only set up the accurate education goals, but also present the training program Patterns. Furthermore, it is necessary to prepare for the precise criteria for the official approval, based on the research of details for the test and stills to be obtained by the test applicants. The curriculums, educational programs, domestic and abroad reference books, the associated laws, theses and other various materials are collected. analyzed, and applied to establish criteria of the web design. Consultations and interviews with professionals, who are specialized In graphics, animation, broadcasting, computer graphic, and web, is done to understand the practical work fields and create the optimal criteria. As the result, 5 articles of the basic criteria and IS Items of the detail criteria are Instituted for the official approval.
