Abstract

This paper is to present the survey results on overall application practice of SQC/SPC techniques at the manufacturing/service business site. The survey was conducted in a fashion by understanding application practice and finding out problems thereafter when they are applied in the business practice. Recommended directions toward building competitiveness application process of SQC/SPC system are pinpointed and summarized in the paper.
