- In this paper, the structural dep e n d e nc e on extinction curve and ch irp-parame ter in a 1.55|im MQW EA-modulator is ana lyzed . A highly performed 1,55나m MQW EA-modu lator is design ed with structural parameters for w e ll-shaped extinction ratio curve and lowest ch irp-parameter simultaneously .
