인문역량 검사도구의 개발: 신뢰도 및 타당도 분석

Abstract

4차 산업혁명이 새로운 시대적 패러다임으로 등장하는 시대에 예측 불가능한 미래에 대비하는 역량 있는 인재를 키우는 것은 증요하다. 우리나라 정부는 인문학을 기반으로 한 융합과정을 통해 4차 산업의 시대에 역량을 갖춘 인재를 키우도록 정책적으로 지원하고 있다. 융합교육의 목적은 시대에 맞는 ‘역량’을 강화하는 것이다. 본 연구는 인문대학 학생들이 갖추어야 할 인문학적 역량을 정의하고 역량의 구성요소를 파악하여 인문역량을 측정할 수 있는 검사 도구를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 검사도구 개발을 위한 절차는 크게 4단계로 이루어졌다. 1단계에서는 선행연구와 사례분석을 기반으로 하고 전문가 의견을 수렴하여 인문역량을 정의하고 3대 핵심축과 각 축의 구성요인을 선정하였다. 2단계에서는 전문가 5인에게 각 구성요인에 대한 설문문항을 의뢰하였다. 3단계에서는 2017년 7월 A대학의 인문대학생을 대상으로 179문항으로 구성된 설문지를 구글 문서로 작성하여 온라인 설문조사를 시행하였다. 179개의 문항은 리커트 5점 척도로 측정되었다. 4단계에서는 설문 결과를 바탕으로 신뢰도 및 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 이 결과를 전문가가 최종 검토하여 125문항으로 구성된 1차 검사도구 제작을 완료하였다.

In the era of the new paradigm of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Korean government has supported a number of educational programs at university level to strengthen students' capabilities. Through academic convergence, these programs aim at nurturing talented students who will lead the challenging future with uncertainties. Under the CORE(Human Resources Capacity Building) project, the selected universities have established various convergence curricula to cultivate their students’ capabilities so that they can take up the challenge in the future. The Project prompts the participating universities to develop and manage humanities-based convergence educational curricula for humanities majors, as well as for more comprehensive humanities education for some specific target students. The purpose of this study is to develop a test tool to measure humanities capability, and evaluate the effectiveness of the curricula developed through the CORE project. We provide in the paper the reliability and exploratory factor analysis of total 125 items, of which are divided into 3 main axes, identity, communication, and future adaptation.
