dc.description.abstract폴리설폰 막을 Ar, NH_3 플라즈마로 표면 처리하고, 처리 전후의 변화를 관찰하였다. Ar 플라즈마로 처리하였을 때 O/C의 비율이 증가하며 친수성기의 도입이 확인되었고 NH_3 플라즈마로 처리하였을 때 아민, 아미노기가 도입되었다. 플라즈마 처리된 폴리설폰 막에서 CO_2의 투과도와 ideal separation factor에 대한 최적조건은 Ar 플라즈마의 경우 10 W-6min에서 각각 8.6744×10 exp(-10)㎤(STP)㎝/㎠·s·㎝Hg와 14.401이며, NH_3 플라즈마의 경우 50W-8min에서 7.5922×10 exp(-10)㎤(STP)㎝/㎠·s·㎝Hg와 17.644를 얻었다. 또한 폴리설폰 막의 흡습성이 유지될 경우, 플라즈마 처리에 의해 표면에 형성된 극성 작용기들과 CO_2와의 내부 반응이 증가하고, N_2에 비하여 CO_2의 용해 선택성이 증가하여 선택도와 투과도가 동시에 향상되는 효과를 나타내었다. The surface of polysulfone(PSf) membrane modified by Ar, NH_3 plasma treatment is measured before and after the treatment. The membrane modified by Ar plasma treatment is increased the O/C ratio and the hydrophilic group, by NH_3 plasma treatment is increased the amine group and the amino group. The CO_2 permeation and ideal separation factor of the treated membrane measured good condition. The measurance of Ar-10 W-6 min plasma treatment is 8.6744×10 exp(-10)㎤(STP)㎝/㎠·s·㎝Hg and 14.401, it of NH_3-50 W-8 min plasma treatment is 7.5922×10 exp(-10)㎤(STP)㎝/㎠·s·㎝Hg and 17.644. Having the wettability of polysulfone membrane, the polar functional groups of its surface interacted with CO_2 increasingly. Because of the soluble selectivity of membrane increased of CO_2 than N_2, polysulfone membrane improved both the permeability and the selectivity of CO_2.en_US
