dc.description.abstractElectronic commerce using Internet and other telecommunication devices are most promising trade market in 2000’s. When consumer buy goods in Internet shopping mall, usually small shipments service firms deliver them. It is a plan for building terminal facilities to promote small shipments service in Seoul metropolitan area. And Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) which is one multi-attribute decision model was used for location. The purpose of this study is analyzing which factors are important and how to integrated them. So, the field survey interviews carried out for various groups(researchers, engineers, practitioners) to calculate weight of AHP model. The major findings of this study are as follows; the optimal site is same for all groups, however priority of evaluation factors which considered various among groups are quite different. The demand factor is considered equally important in all groups but others are not. By ANOVA(Analysis of Variance) test for evaluation factors, the demand factor, transportation factor and site factor are affect to determine weight.en_US
