Abstract
성에 따른 차별 문제를 다루고, 차별에 따른 사회적 부작용을 축소시키며 궁극적으로 차별이 없는 통합적 사회경영의 가능성을 찾고자 한다. The sexual discrimination is one of the oldest, typical antisocial behaviors in the human history. Even though the social phenomenon of discriminatory behaviors is decreasing, the discriminating unconsciousness against the females is the rugged mountain we should get over with it. As long as we live in this earthly world, the discrimination would never be away from us. However this is a big hinderance to make a step toward a social integration. The sexual discrimination could be caused by many reasons such as man?oriented social norms, religious rules, and social prejudices. To establish a gender?integrated society, we should discard the black?and?white thought against women, pursue the win?win approach. According to the Christian doctrine, both man and woman bear the image of God and have a responsibility to help each other. Toegye Yi suggested a principle of win ?win to establish an integrated society. We are responsible to stop the antisocial behaviors and to make a society to be respected each other. The social management of the gender should make a direction to the integration, not to the disintegration.
