The business environment becomes more complex due to the influence of globalization, uncertainty, and other factors. Among these factors, uncertainty is one of the most challenging obstacles to a business. To handle this problem, a corporation must be competitive with fast and flexible responses to the frequently changing environment. The objective of this paper is to define supply chain agility considering response capability and related measures, and to decide the appropriate strategy for response to uncertainty and urgent demand, while keeping minimum total cost for the operation of the supply chain.en_US
