고령자 치매 환자의 인지보존을 위한 비약물적 치료의 개입

Abstract

목적 : 치매에 있어서 약물적 치료의 한계를 극복하기 위해 대두된 비약물적 치료로서 인지중재의 종류와 이론적 근거를 제공하여 향후 환자를 위한 작업치료를 계획할 때 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구방법 : 비약물적 치료의 인지중재는 인지 훈련 (Cognitive Training), 인지재활(Cognitive rehabilitation), 인지자극 (Cognitive stimulation) 으로 나눌 수 있고, 인지재활 전략은 크게 보상과 회복전략을 통해 진행할 수 있고, 음악요법이나 스노젤렌 등을 이용한 대안전략이 있다. 연구결과 : 신경가소성에 근거한 비약물적 치료는 추후 개인적 편차를 고려한 맞춤형 치료 및 결과를 객관적으로 검증할 수 있는 새로운 생체표지자 개발과 함께 광범위한 연구가 진행되야 한다. 결론 : 초고령화 사회에 발맞추어 인지보존을 위한 비약물적 치료로서 인지중재의 새로운 요법에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다. Introduction : Non-pharmaceutical treatment, which has emerged to overcome the limitations of pharmacological intervention in dementia, is intended to help in cognition and activity of daily living for patients. Here, we suggest by providing a kind of cognitive arbitration and theoretical basis. Text : Cognitive intervention can be divided into cognitive training, cognitive rehabilitation and cognitive stimulation. The cognitive rehabilitation strategy can be carried out largely through compensation and recovery strategies, and there is a ’alternative strategies’ using music therapy or Snozelen. Discussion : Non-pharmaceutical treatment based on neuronal plasticity should be conducted with extensive research, along with the development of new biomarkers that can objectively verify future customized treatments and outcomes taking into account personal deviations. Conclusion : Further research on cognitive intervention is needed as a non-pharmaceutical treatment for cognitive preservation for elderly with dementia in the super-aged society.
