스키지도자의 비시즌기 사회적응에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 스키지도자의 비시즌기 사회적응에 관한 연구를 위하여 인구학적 특성 및 지도경력, 준지도자 자격 여부, 활동 비중, 강습대상 형태에 따른 사회적응의 차이와 사회적응이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 스키지도자들의 직업세계에 대한 이해를 증진하고 스키발전에 도모하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위하여 전국 스키리조트 내 스키학교 또는 사설 강습기관에서 스키지도자로 활동하고 있는 남·여 스키지도자 216명을 유목표집법을 이용하여 조사대상을 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 요인분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 다중회귀분석과 Scheffe 검증을 실시하였으며 유의수준은 (p<.05)로 설정하였으며 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 스키지도자의 인구학적 특성에 따른 사회적응의 차이에서 성별에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 대인관계와 적응성, 책임성에서 성별에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 남자가 여자보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 스키지도자의 겨울시즌 수입에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 스키지도자의 비시즌 수입에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 사회적응의 책임성에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스키지도자의 지도경력, 준지도자 자격 여부, 활동비중, 강습대상 형태에 따른 사회적응의 차이에서 스키지도자의 지도경력에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 준지도자 자격 여부에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 대인관계와 적응성에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 활동 비중에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 적응성과 책임성에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 강습대상 형태에 따른 사회적응의 차이를 분석해 본 결과 적응성에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 스키지도자의 사회적응이 생활만족에 미치는 영향에서 스키지도자의 대인관계가 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석해본 결과 대인관계가 생활만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 대인관계가 높을수록 생활만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 스키지도자의 적응성이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석해본 결과 적응성이 생활만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 적응성에서 높을수록 생활만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 스키지도자의 충동성이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석해본 결과 충동성의 인지·운동 충동성이 생활만족의 성공·성취감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 인지·운동 충동성이 낮을수록 성취·성공감 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 스키지도자의 책임성이 생활만족에 미치는 영향을 분석해본 결과 책임성이 생활만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 책임성이 클수록 생활만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다.; The purpose of this study is to promote the understanding of ski instructors' work world and to consult the development of ski by closely examining the difference owing to demographic characteristics, career, semi-instructor qualification, weight of activity, and instructing type and the influence that the adjustment has on satisfaction in life for the study of the adjustment of ski instructor during off-season. Survey was conducted for this study by selecting 216 male and female ski instructors who are active at ski schools or private training institutes with using purposive sampling. Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Multiple Regression, and Scheffe test were conducted on collected data according to the research purpose. The conclusion from this study is as follows. First, as the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by gender from among the differences of the adjustment by demographic characteristic of ski instructor, it indicates that there was significant difference in interpersonal relations, adaptability, and responsibility, and man was higher than woman. As the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by the income of ski instructor for winter season, there was no statistically significant difference : and as the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by their income for off-season, there was statistically significant difference in responsibility. Second, as the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by career of ski instructor from among the differences of the adjustment by their career, semi instructor qualification, activity weight, and instructing type, there was no statistically significant difference, and as the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by semi instructor qualification, there was statistically significant difference in interpersonal relations and adaptability. As the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by weight of activity, there was statistically significant difference in adaptability and responsibility, and as the result of analyzing the difference of the adjustment by instructing type, there was statistically difference in adaptability. Third, as the result of analyzing the influence that interpersonal relations of ski instructor had on the satisfaction in life from among the influences that the adjustment of ski instructor had on the satisfaction in life, there was signigicant influence that interpersonal relations had on the satisfaction in life. That is to say, the satisfaction in life was higher as interpersonal relations was higher. As the result of analyzing the influence that the adaptability of ski instructor had on the satisfaction in life, there was significant influence that the adaptability had on the satisfaction in life. The satisfaction in life was higher as the adaptability was higher. As the result of analyzing the influence that the impulsiveness of ski instructor had on the satisfaction in life, there was significant influence that the cognitive and motor impulsiveness had on the success-achievement of the satisfaction in life, and the success-achievement was lower as the cognitive and motor impulsiveness. As the result of analyzing the influence that the responsibility of ski instructor had on the satisfaction in life, there was significant influence that the responsibility had on the satisfaction in life. That is to say, the satisfaction in life was higher as the responsibility was higher.
