| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 먼저 우리나라 건강보험의 변천과정을 소개하고 27년 건강보험 역사상 최대 위기인 재정위기를 분석한 다음 우리나라가 직면하고 있는 개혁과제 및 문제점을 살펴보기로 한다. 다음으로 1980년대 이래 남미의 칠레, 콜럼비아, 아르헨티나 등에서 전개되고 있는 건강보험의 개혁 사례를 소개한다. 마지막으로 남미제국의 건강보험 개혁 과정에서의 교훈을 고려하여 우리나라 건강보험이 지향해야 할 개혁 방향에 대해 논의하고자 한다. | en_US |
