- 본 연구에서는 학습만족의 결정요인을 분석하되, 공급자인 학교기관이 제공하는 교육서비스의 질과 학습의 수요자인 학습자의 학습동기가 학습자 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 대학부설 사회교육원 학점은행제 학생을 대상으로 살펴보고자 한다.
