Abstract
교량, 터널, 댐 등의 시설물의 적정한 유지관리를 통해 재해와 재난을 예방하고 시설물의 효용을 증진시킴으로써 공중의 안전을 확보하고 나아가 국민의 복리증진에 기여함을 목적으로 하기 위하여 「시설물 안전관리에 관한 특별법」을 제정하여 시설물의 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하고 있다. 이러한 점검진단 시 작업자는 현장에서 데이터를 취득하고 이를 다시 사무실에서 재정리하는 이중 업무를 수행하게 된다. 엔지니어의 이중 업무는 시간과 비용의 낭비뿐만 아니라 중요 정보의 누락 및 오기 등으로 데이터의 손실이 발생하며, 이에 따른 의사결정의 신뢰도 저하와 같은 안전진단 결과의 품질 저하를 유발시킬 수 있는 여지가 많아진다. 이를 개선하고자 기존의 점검진단 등을 포함하는 시설물 유지관리 관련 업무의 개선을 위해 기존의 유지관리 프로세스에 BIM 기술을 도입한 BIM 기반 스마트 유지관리기술을 도입하고자 한다. 이때 발생하는 경제적 타당성 검토를 위해 본 연구에서는 대표적인 사회기반 시설물인 교량과 터널을 대상으로 하여 BIM 모델의 상세수준별로 비용-편익 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 중간 이상의 LoD 모두의 경우에서 1 이상으로 분석되었으며, BIM 기반의 유지관리기술 개발에 대한 투자 가치가 충분히 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 시스템 개발 비용과 같이 적용 범위에 상관없이 기술 도입을 위해 고정적으로 투자되는 금액이 존재하게 되므로, 시스템 개발의 효용가치를 극대화하기 위해서는 광범위한 기술 적용이 불가피하다. 따라서 다양한 시설물에 활용될 수 있도록 추진전략을 제시하는 것이 중요하다.|The special law on the facility safety management is enacted and by order to preventing the disaster and disaster through the maintenance of b appropriate the facility including the bridge, tunnel, dam, and etc. and promoting the utility of the facility secure the safety of the public and do with the purpose to contribute to the welfare promotion of the people the safety inspection of the facility and safety check-up is performed. And the filter paper causing the poor quality of the results of the safety test like the reliability degradation of the decision-making according to this is increased. BIM base smart maintenance management technology introducing BIM technology in the existing maintenance process for the improvement of the facility maintenance related business including the existing check diagnostic lamp in order to improve this tries to be introduced. At this time, in this research generated, the bridge and tunnel, that is the representative social infrastructure, was aimed at and the cost-benefit analysis was performed according to the level of detail of BIM model. In the case of all LoDs more than the analyzed result medium, it was analyzed over 1. And it confirmed that there was enough the investment value of the maintenance technology development of BIM base. As to this, the cost fixable invested for the technology introduction like the system development cost regardless of the scope exists.
