- Abstract
- 부신피질자극호르몬 분비 뇌하수체 선종에 의해서 발생하는 쿠싱병은 쿠싱증후군의 가장 흔한 원인이고 치료받지 않을 경우 사망률이 50%이며, 초치료 실패율과 재발율이 높은 질환이다. 따라서 재발 혹은 불응성 쿠싱병에 대한 적절한 치료가 절실하지만, 아직까지 효과적인 치료법은 없는 상태이다. 본 연구의 목적은 생쥐 부신피질자극호르몬 분비 뇌하수체 선종 세포주의 세포성장과 자멸사에 대한 삼가 비소제인 KML001의 영향과 작용기전을 규명하여 이 물질의 잠재적 쿠싱병 치료제로서의 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다.
