dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 다문화교육을 위한 교사연수 내용을 분석함으로써, 현황을 파악하고 발전방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 현직교사를 대상으로 2016년도에 시행된 다문화교육 집합연수 22개(630시수)와 원격연수 9개(225시수)의 교과목을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 집합연수는 ‘다문화 교육과정 및 교수․학습(30.63%)’, ‘다문화 학생․가정 이해 및 지원(19.21%)’, ‘다문화교육․지도 사례 공유(국내외)(19.04%)’ 순으로, 원격연수는 ‘다문화사회․다문화교육 이해(29.15%)’, ‘다문화 학생․가정 이해 및 지원(23.32%)’, ‘다문화 교육과정 및 교수․학습(21.08%)’ 순으로 연수내용을 구성하고 있었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 다문화교육 교사교육의 향후 과제를 제시하였다.This study aims to explore contents of in-service teacher training programs for multicultural education in order to assess the current status and suggest development strategies. We analyzed 22 on-site teacher training programs (630 hours) and 9 online teacher training programs (225 hours) for multicultural education in 2016. We found that on-site teacher training programs include ‘multicultural education curriculum, teaching and learning (30.63%)’, ‘understanding and support of multicultural students and families (19.21%)’, and ‘sharing cases of multicultural education (19.04%)’, and online teacher training programs include ‘understanding of multicultural society and multicultural education (29.15%)’, ‘understanding and support of multicultural students and families (23.32%)’, and ‘multicultural education curriculum, teaching and learning (21.08%)’. Based on the results of this study, future directions of teacher education for multicultural education are suggested.en_US
