융복합 수학수업의 실행 방안 탐색: 미적분학의 기본정리를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 융복합교육이 학교수학 개선을 위한 대안적 접근을 제공할 수 있다는 관점에서 융복합 수학수업의 실행 방안을 탐색하였다. 이를 위하여 융복합교육의 ABCD 원리를 적용하여 우리나라 수학과 교육과정과 융복합 수학수업 사례를 분석하였고, 융복합 프로그램 구성틀의 맥락 차원을 적용하여 국내외 미적분 교과서에 제시된 실생활 기반 과제를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 종합하여 융복합 수학수업 실행 방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 이를 적용하여 구성한 미적분학의 기본정리 지도 자료를 예시로 제공하였다. 구체적으로 예시 자료에서는 사막화를 주제로 하여 학생들이 문제 제기부터 문제해결 결과에 대한 반성까지 자율적으로 수행하고 협력적으로 결과물을 공유하는 과정을 통해 세계사회적 맥락의 과제를 구성하며 이에 대한 다양한 결과를 수용할 수 있는 교실환경을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 이상의 실행 방안과 예시 자료에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 하여 융복합 수학수업이 학교수학 개선에 제공하는 시사점을 논의하였다. This study explored the action plan for Yungbokhap education approach to school mathematics and developed a material for “the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus” as a way to reform mathematics education in Korea. For this purpose, this study analyzed Korean national mathematics curricula, case studies of mathematics instruction. In addition, mathematics textbooks were analyzed in order to identify contexts used in the textbook task. Based on the analysis, the study proposed the action plan to implement integrated mathematics instruction and designed a class material based the context of desertification. The material allowed students to examine ‘desertification’ through posing problems, reflecting on problem-solving process and sharing their outputs. Finally, this study provides discussion concerning the importance of Yungbokhap approach to mathematic instruction for the improvement of school mathematics.
