dc.description.abstract본 논문에서는 ARM사에서 Network-on-Chip(NoC)로의 흐름에 따라 제안한 AMBA AXI 기반 SoC를 효율적으로 테스트 할 수 있는 테스트 제어기를 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 AXI를 Test Access Mechanism(TAM)으로 재활용한다. 기존의 테스트 제어기를 효율적으로 변경하여 기존의 테스트 장비와 테스트 방법을 수정하지 않고 적용이 가능하다. As SoC(System-on-a-Chip) is getting complicated by the time, Network-on-Chip(NoC), the successor of shared bus architecture, is getting more and more attention of the researchers. In this trend ARM announced AMBA 3.0 AXI to support the NoC. In this paper, we proposed a modified Test Interface Controller(TIC) and the test methodology for AXI-based SoC testing. By reusing 64-bit wide AXI as Test Access Mechanism(TAM), the test application time is reduced with low area overhead. The test methodology for AMBA 2.0 can also be applied to the proposed AXI-based SoC testing without any modification.en_US
