Abstract

In Korea, a variety of related systems have been refurbished with an aim to make Zero Energy Building mandatory from 2020 in conformity with international trend in construction sector to cope with climate change. The purpose of this study was to efficiently distribute a budget of public building green remodeling with the portfolio method. We analyze the public buildings that have undergone the green remodeling process and propose a standard model selection method for each size and usage, set budget priorities. Since each public building has different energy performance level according to the time of completion, use and scale, the public green building standard model has been set up accordingly. Accordingly, the Green Remodeling Portfolio Budget Allocation Model proposed in this study proposes a model that minimizes the input cost variance by time based on the basic budget range.
