dc.description.abstractATM(Automated Teller Machine)은 고객이 직접 입출금을 하는 업무 이외에 다양한 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 개발되고 있다. 또한 은행 계원이 업무를 보면서 사용할 수 있도록 다양한 종류의 ATM 제품이 개발되고 있다. ATM의 소음은 근처에서 장시간 동안 사용하고 있는 은행 계원들에게 지속적인 불쾌감을 유발할 수 있기 때문에 소음 저감에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 마이크로폰과 가속도계를 이용한실험을 통해 ATM의 소음 발생 원인을 분석하였다. 분석한 결과를 통해 소음저감을 위한 개선방법을 제시하였으며, 실제 소음이 저감되도록 하였다.en_US
