This study examined the influence of aerosols in summer and winter using the observational and reanalysis dataset, and model experiments of GRIMs-CCM. We performed three experiments using the GRIMs-CCM - (1) CONTROL-run, which includes both time-varying aerosol emission and SST, (2) SST-run, which includes only SST variation, and (3) AERO-run, which includes fixed climatological SST and time-varying aerosol emission. We first estimate the influence of aerosols in a pre-monsoon season on post-monsoon season precipitation in East Asia for 2000-2017 using the satellite observational dataset and reanalysis dataset from ERA-interim. We found that the aerosol concentration in AMJ might influence on precipitation in JA by slightly enhancement of NPH which transports moisture into East Asia. To confirm the effect of only the aerosol, we used the AERO-run and conduct a similar analysis for 1979-2010. We obtained the expanding of NPH which is similar to the observation result.-
