Abstract
This research mainly takes Chinese online shopping consumers as the research object, and explores the relationship between information system quality and consumers'loyalty to B2C cross-border e-commerce shopping websites. Through the research, we can strengthen the understanding of Chinese cross-border online shopping consumers'behavior, and provide theoretical basis and suggestions for enterprise's marketing strategy plan, website design, information system improvement plan and so on. At the same time, it is of great practical significance to clarify the design of information system of B2C cross-border e-commerce shopping website and the trend of online shopping consumption.
