dc.description.abstract | As attention to community driven public facilities is growing, public libraries are constantly being changed by various policies and efforts by governments. The purpose of this study is to analyze the general library system in Korea through the case of library system in Japan. It limits the scope to the public libraries belonging to the education offices and municipalities except private libraries. It creates a differentiated library system for the nation's libraries. Through this, aimed at helping the public libraries in Korea establish direction and standards to realize it. | en_US |
