Abstract

The purpose of this study is to support appropriate decision-making for single household consumers by representing the web based decision support system. Because the existing housing market is formed by housing providers and it does not reflect the characteristics and needs of the consumers. Previous study built the prediction model for single household's housing type and the level of housing satisfaction and housing environment satisfaction. In this study, we built a web site for single household consumers to access our system and help themselves to select a housing type.
