dc.description.abstractPursuant to certification by the needs of a green building in the early design stages to building the work shall be accompanied by considering the certification basis. However, there are lots of complex problems and work perform process to be recognized and effectively apply the detailed the many items that require analysis and data. BIM template that provide BIM based standardized data allows users to take advantage of an objective information and analysis on the design phase of the eco-friendly building designs. But there is a problem that result is different by not being standardized working environment of designers or users building the BIM library and models. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to develop a G-SEED certification assessment BIM (Add-In) system for a rapid and objective analysis and verification of G-SEED assessment.en_US
