In South Korea, the majority of local governments have struggled to maintain public facilities. Currently, the budget of local governments has been used to maintain facilities and permit them to earn profits. Moreover, in order to minimise the maintenance and operational costs of facilities, local governments have installed renewable electricity generation modules to meet electricity demands. This study proposes possible solutions of renewable electricity power generation systems for a large stadium, the Busan Asiad Main Stadium. The results of the simulations using 'hybrid optimisation of multiple energy resources' software, designed to simulate and present the optimal configurations of a renewable electricity power generation system, propose a photovoltaic-wind turbines-battery-converter configuration with $0.491/kWh energy cost and 100% renewable fraction. On the basis of the results, limitations, implications and future studies are discussed.en_US
