dc.description.abstract본 연구에서는 남자 고등학생을 대상으로 특정 장비 및 비용 없이 인체의 체형적 특성을 반영하는 주요부위를 직접 측정하여 간단한 계산식으로 객관도와 실용도가 높은 %fat 추정식을 개발하였다. 연구 대상자는 17~19세의 남자 고등학생 100명(17.9±0.91세)으로 신장, 체중, BMI, 종아리 및 대퇴, 허리둘레, WHR, WHtR, 체성분(BIA법)을 측정한 후 항목별 단순 비교 및 회귀 분석 등을 통해 유의성 및 상관을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 신체계측과 체지방율과의 상관은 WHtR (r=.852), 복부둘레×BMI (r=.830), 허리둘레×BMI (r=.823), 복부 둘레 (r=.811) 순으로 나타났다. 그 결과, 기존 시간과 경비가 많이 소요되고, 특정 기기나 장비에 의해 측정되던 체지방율을 신체계측인 복부 둘레와 신장을 사용함으로써 76.5%의 설명력이 가능한 지수(body fat index: BFI)를 산출하였다. 또한, 신체계측으로 나온 지수를 이용한 추정식은 %BF=112.258 (WHtR)-30.368로 WHtR을 독립변인으로 갖는 추정식이 산출되었다. 이러한 결과로부터 BMI 단점을 보완한 새로운 %fat에 대한 추정 지표로서 설명력 및 타당도가 높다는 것을 의미하며 향후 체중계 및 줄자에 의한 간편한 신체계측만으로 %fat의 추정이 가능하다고 사료 된다.; This study directly measured body parts reflecting physical characteristics of male high school students and developed a %fat estimation equation with a simple formula for objective help and high practicality. After measuring height, weight, BMI, calf and femoral, waist circumference, WHR, WHtR, and body mass (bio-electrical impedance) for 100 high school men, simple comparison and regression by item were performed. The subjects of the study were tested for height, weight, BMI, WHR, WHtR, femoral regions and calves and their sum (Jobukji), waist circumference and bio-electrical impedance. After the measurement, the team looked for significance and correlation in each group and item to find new body mass estimation indicators that complement existing BMI disadvantages. As a result, the body fat index was produced, which can be explained 76.5% of the BMI by using a formula with a abdominal circumference and height. In addition, the estimated equation using the index from body measurements was calculated as %BF=112.258 (WHtR)-30.368 with a WHtR as an independent variant. In conclusion, the value of the abdominal circumference×BMI meant that it was more descriptive and relevant to the %fat than the BMI, which was simply the value of the weight divided by the square of the height. In the future, it is believed that the estimate of the %fat can be made by simply measuring the body with a scale and tape measure.-
