dc.description.abstractToday, interest toward dining out is increasing. Also in restaurant industry employ a student worker as a part time worker. Students’s part time job is the first experience could directly or indirectly affect the future career or occupational value formation. Part time job experience is not just a simple experience. But it has a lot of possibility. Part time Workers can finding future career through their experience. And after they also can using the brand as customer. Thus, the part time workers are also customers. Thus, there is a need to proceed a study by setting the 3 factors of part time job experience(work environment, relationship with coworkers, misbehavior of customer) as core attribute. To modern people, stress is called public enemy is a source of all disease. Thus, there is a need to study three factors(work environment, relationship with coworkers, misbehavior of customer) of part time job experiences affecting stress of part time workers, and to specifically apprehend how the stress affects brand image they perceived by working as part time worker. Part time workers experience various things directly and indirectly about the brand. As food service industry signifies on brand image, they manage image through various activities. However, if they don't manage part time workers, a type of customer by specifically apprehending, it could cause damage. Thus, managing part time workers as inner customer will contribute to future corporate activity. Thus, this study aims to contemplate on 3 factors(work environment, relationship with coworkers, misbehavior of customer) of part time workers' work experience in food service industry and examine the influence of these factors on brand image perceived by part time workers and their stresses. The model was empirically tested via structural equation modeling analysis using data collected from college students, graduate student part-time worker who have worked for as part time workers in food service companies for more than 3 months. This study supports that working environment and misbehavior of customer affect stress. However, relationship with coworker does not affect stress. Only part time worker’s environment influences its brand image. As a result, part time mediating role of part time work experience and brand image. Part time workers stress to brand images, so there’s a connection between stress and brand image. To found that the sub factors(work environment, misbehavior of customer) on working experience of part time worker.
