대학 특성화에 따른 대학생 핵심역량 진단도구 개발

Abstract

본 연구는 핵심역량에 대한 관심과 대학 특성화의 일환으로 대학생의 핵심역량 진단 도구를 개발하고자 실시한 연구이다. 국가수준에서 개발된 K-CESA와 국내 H대학의 인재상을 융합하여 새로운 핵심역량 진단도구를 개발, 타당화 하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 문헌고찰을 통해 K-CESA와 H대학의 인재상에서 필요한 핵심역량을 결합하였고, 이를 바탕으로 문항을 개발하였다. 개발한 예비조사 문항은 총 74개의 문항으로 고전검사이론과 문항반응이론을 기반으로 하여 문항분석을 실시하였으며, 구인타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 최종 검사는 48개의 문항으로 구성하였고 검사의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증을 통해 검사의 적합성을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 개발한 검사 도구는 대학 특성화의 일환으로 학생들의 핵심역량 수준을 진단할 뿐만 아니라 개별 핵심역량 수준을 진단하여 프로그램을 연계할 수 있으며, 궁극적으로 대학 인재상에 맞는 인재를 기르기 위한 기초자료로 사용이 가능할 것이다. This study aims to develop diagnostic tool as a way of interesting in the core competencies and the specialized university that will be able to measure the core competencies of university students. This study focused on developing new diagnostic tool combining K-CESA of national level with right people of H university and validating the new diagnostic tool. For this study, K-CESA and core competencies in right people of H university are combined through the literature review, and test items are developed based on the preceding research. Our process included not only analysis of the test items that consist of 74 developed preliminary study items based on classical test theory and item response theory but also verification of construct validity and reliability. According to the above study result, final test items are made up of 48 items and the test was verified to suitability of the examination after verification of the test validity and reliability. Developed diagnostic tool based on the study can diagnose university students’ core competencies as the part of the specialized university and make a connection the program after evaluating the individual level of core competencies. Ultimately, this diagnostic tool is available as a basic data for promising talent based on the University Vision.
