dc.description.abstractDue to the economic development policy since the 1960s, buildings have increased the need for demolition since the current aging and the structural instability. Additionally, the importance of environmentally friendly construction method is being addressed in order to the green growth of new government policies. The purpose of the study is to apply the new demolition work by finding out the important factors which are made sustainable urban regeneration and conduct demolition work type on developed country. In this study, it investigate into the recent domestic demolition technology and industry trends then, it identifies the ways to optimize the environmental factors.en_US
