The aim of this article is to lay a foundation for providing a soft algebraic tool in considering many problems that contain uncertainties. In order to provide these soft algebraic structures, the notion of an intersectional soft subalgebra and an intersectional soft normal subalgebra of a BF-algebra are introduced, and related properties are investigated. A quotient structure of a BF-algebra using an intersectional soft normal subalgebra is constructed. The fundamental homomorphism of a quotient BF-algebra is established.
