Abstract
This study aims to survey the legal system concerning informationefficiency and privacy protection on the U-Health infrastructure construction tofulfill the medical need of the disabled. Methodology: Related provisions suchas U-Health, legal definitions of the disabled, as well as Privacy Protection Actfor security are analysed and studied. Results: Personal Information ControlRight should be secured in the gathering, processing, use and provision of themedical information. Secondly, radical change in legislation contents andmethods in order to secure free circulation of the medical information isrequired. Thirdly, legal norms to protect personal medical information leakagedue to inadequate administrative and technical action are required.
