사이버대학교 신입생의 삶의 만족도와 학업적응 요인의 관계에서 학습전략의 매개효과

Abstract

최근 긍정심리학이 발달함에 따라 평생교육 학습자에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사이버대학교에 재학 중인 신입생을 대상으로 주관적 안녕감의 인지적 요소인 삶의 만족도와 학업적응 요인의 관계를 살펴보고 학습전략의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서울에 소재한 A 사이버대학교 신입생 354 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 측정도구는 삶의 만족도(satisfaction with life scale)척도, 학교생활만족도, 학업이해도 및 학업지속의향척도를 사용하였고 학습전략검사로는 이러닝 학습전략(e-learning strategies) 및 자기주도학습전략 검사지(motivated strategies for learning questionnaire, MSLQ)중 일부를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였으며 RMSEA와 90 % 신뢰 구간, CFI, 그리고 TLI를 사용하여 평가되었다. 분석 결과, 사이버대학교 신입생의 삶의 만족도는 학업적응에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치며, 사이버대학교 신입생의 학습전략은 삶의 만족도와 학업적응 간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 의의와 후속연구를 위한 제안을 논의하였다.Recently, as the positive psychology has developed, interest in lifelong learning students is increasing. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among life satisfaction that cognitive factor of subjective well-being and learning adaptation for the cyber university freshmen and the mediating effect of learning strategies. The subjects were 354 adult learners enrolled in A cyber university in Korea. For the study, satisfaction with life scale was used and learning adaptation was measured by persistence of online learning, learning understanding and school life satisfaction. Then e-learning strategy items and motivated strategies for learning questionnaire(MSLQ) items were modified to measure for learning strategies. The sample variance-covariance matrix was analysed using SPSS 18.0, AMOS 18.0 program, and a maximum likelihood minimization function. Goodness of fit was evaluated using the RMSEA and its 90% confidence interval, CFI, and TLI. The results were as follows: First, cyber university student’s life satisfaction was found to positive effect learning adaptation. Second, learning strategies complete mediated the link between life satisfaction and learning adaptation. Implications of these findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.
