dc.description.abstractAs energy used in building increase, most countries are implementing the green building certification system with the interest in green building getting higher. Korea has currently implemented the green building certification system GBCC. However, GBCC has problems with manual, subjective, data omission due to the evaluation method in which the self-evaluation is first made in document and then field visit evaluation is performed. By proposing a BIM-based template, the study attempts to provide more objective, accurate for the green building certification system evaluation(GBCC).en_US
